My Bio
My name is Erin Hybart. I live in Louisiana with my husband, 3 children, and 2 dogs. I have always lived in South Louisiana and do have a bit of an accent.
Education - I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Studies in 2004 and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling in 2008, both from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Professional Experience - I began working for the State of Louisiana right out of college. I have worked in several different departments including Child Support Enforcement, Economic Stability (SNAP, STEP, FITAP), Infant Mental Health, and Child Care Assistance.
Other projects I am involved in - I am part of the Tiny House Committee of Baton Rouge. Our group is working to develop a community for homeless individuals utilizing the tiny house concept. I am part of the ABC (Alcohol Beverage Control) Board in Zachary and manage the Live In Zachary Facebook Group.
Interests - My interests include networking, designing homes, flipping homes, consulting with others on their home design projects, and serving the community through mission work. I started drawing houses “for fun” as a pre-teen and flipped my first house at age 20. I enjoyed flipping so much, I started WW Property Partners, LLC. It is a flipping business allowing cash investors to hire a team to plan, design, and oversee a renovation project to maximize profit at resale for passive investors.
Long-term goals - Strategically impacting the affordable housing market through Tiny House Community developments throughout the U.S. and expanding WW Property Partners, LLC into other states and countries.
Real Estate Professional Experience - Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Louisiana in 2017, I have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Values - I value honesty, communication, genuineness, sincerity, hard work, and kindness. I enjoy working with others and serving as a mentor to others by imparting knowledge and wisdom and supporting them in their day-to-day activities and decisions.
My thoughts on Dual Agency (representing both the Buyer and Seller) - I rarely perform dual agency and here are my thoughts on that topic. Although allowable in Louisiana, I do not feel it is a pure role for me to perform. When I am hired to represent either a seller or buyer, I am charged with representing them at the highest level. I do not feel I can do that as a dual agent so often, I will refer out a buyer should they inquire about a property I have listed. I have referral partners for this situation so they can take care of that buyer's need.
An experience with me as your Realtor - My desire for each client is to over-deliver in service and to provide a smooth experience by promoting and maintaining communication between all vendors involved in the Real Estate transaction. I provide a very customized experience for each client and aim to exceed your expectations in every way I can. Real Estate transactions can be overwhelming, and I want to work the journey with you to help you navigate this adventure together. I can guarantee you I can overwhelm you with information because there is a lot. What I promise, however, is to help you sort through all the information and get the answers to any questions that arise.
It takes a Village - I am currently a Dual Career agent, so I maintain my full-time employment as well as work as a Realtor. What I have had to do to serve each client at the highest level is partner with others to supplement my presence when needed no matter the time of day. I currently have two part-time assistants to handle day-to-day activities and several other agent partners for other real estate tasks. My commitment to you is to always strive to exceed your expectations in every possible way.

I am licensed in Louisiana for real estate services.
Yes. I have made a lot of relationships outside of Louisiana to serve a client no matter their location. I do not have one for Antarctica yet, though.
Yes! I have a property flipping business to assist real estate investors in obtaining, renovating, and resell properties. Most of the investors I work with are out of state, so they fully trust me to represent them and their projects at a high level. I can handle all of the pieces short of signing the check.
Yes! My passion is alternative housing which includes any kind of structure one could live in, from tiny houses to Yurts.
