My Bio
I love living in Colorado. I became a realtor eight years ago after having a somewhat terrible experience of my own with our first real estate purchase.
In the eight years of selling real estate, I have sold hundreds of homes in Denver and surrounding areas. My focus is on the North side of Denver and up the northern corridor. I have sold historical Denver homes, homes on acreages, single family homes and 700 sq ft condos. No matter what size or age of the home I love helping my clients by providing a smooth transaction.
I have been the top producer in my office 4 years in a row. Receiving Diamond Sales Awards 3 years in a row.
I love helping my clients navigate the real estate world. I educate my clients as I want them to feel confident in the decision they are making. I think this shows with 75% of my clients happily still living in the home they purchased from me (some of them 8 years later).
Asides from real estate I have been in customer service and consultation for over 22 years. Skills from my previous employment including working for the Australia government have transferred well to my real estate business.
When I list a home, I offer a full suite of marketing. I believe in getting the most for your home however I also understand the different circumstances need different solutions. I have helped my clients work with off market deals as well as getting over market price offers in a traditional sale.
