STAY AWAY. I hired this company to manage my property. After firing them they left a lockbox in my property with the house key.
I arrive on a Sunday morning and the code they gave me is wrong, so I had to call a locksmith. Haley Faucette (my account manager) admitted her mistake but told me home365 would not refund me for the locksmith. That's $630 they STOLE from me.
And the reason I fire them is because my tenant started texting me saying home365 had ghosted him and was not fixing his problems. I'd also send them numerous emails marked as "URGENT" and they wouldn't respond for weeks. Haley Faucette (and her manager) are unbelievably slow incompetent people. I promise you, any property manager you hire is better than this.
Simply put, don’t walk from this establishment, RUN!

As a property owner, business owner, and former Property Manager, I’ve never seen such poor business practices. I own property in a prime location that’s recently updated—-to have been under management for 8 months with not a single unit leased, is abominable.
