We provide a full range of management services as well. Some of those services are: move-in/move-out inspections, assistance with obtaining local Occupancy/Rental permits, rent collection, maintenance coordination, evictions, etc.
The inception of the company originates from the personal experience of Housing Hub's owners, who themselves are seasoned rental property investors. Motivated by their own journey in property ownership, they envisioned expanding their enterprise to assist third-party property owners in navigating the complexities of managing multiple properties independently.
