Imagine Think Tank, LLC provides independent research and consulting services related to real estate development for housing, mixed use, commercial, not for profit and government organizations. Our Consulting can mobilize the use of the right people, skills and technologies to help organizations improve their investment decisions.

The founder of Imagine Think Tank, Armstead (CJ) Jones, has maintained over ten years of experience in managing strategic investments across multiple organizations including, but not limited to Baltimore Development Corporation, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Lockheed Martin, Morgan State University, and General Electric Aviation.

He also possess several years of real estate analysis, deal transaction analysis, and market research analysis experience. Years of creating and maintaining business relationships across various industries has allowed Armstead to enhance his extensive network of contacts.

With the experience in business consulting, Armstead has been able to provide value creation, which assists companies with localizing capital, and using business relationships to connect organizations with the right people at the right time.

In order to maintain relationships within various industries, Armstead stays involved in the community with Urban Land Institute, Baltimore Development Corporation and serving on merchant/community associations throughout Maryland.

In addition to the community involvement, Armstead serves as the Development Chair of the Small Developers Collective; sits on the Regionalism Committee for the Urban Land Institute, and a member of the Maryland Economic Development Association.

Armstead is a graduate of Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering.
