While teaching for the Chicago Board of Realtors in downtown Chicago, Tim Rice and Joan Delaurenti decided to open a real estate school in the under-served Southside of Chicago and south suburbs.

We had the typical challenges that any business has starting up. Mostly funding challenges. With the support of area Managing Brokers, Brokers, and student alumni we became successful very quickly.

In addition, to live classes, we offer classes home study and live interactive Zoom classes for both pre-licensing and continuing education for license renewal. For pre-license students, we offer flashcards, videos, video math problems, and paper and computerized quizzes on a Moodle platform included with the tuition.
