Iron Point Construction is a unique residential home construction company specializing in custom work, innovative designs, cost efficiency & effectiveness. We generally work with all sorts of clients...young, old, and all different stages of life.
While working predominantly as a custom builder we essentially do whatever the client wants. A lot of times clients think they only get an option or two for some various component and we often have to remind them, you can do whatever you would like, the sky is the limit.
I built a house for our family and designed it myself. We would have friends over or random worker or work not and they would comment on great it was, or unique. I kept hearing it and finally thought, hey, maybe I have something here. What if I did more of this and started building houses with the idea to make them unique and special and not so cookie-cutter feeling.
I think anytime starting a business you run into a challenge of money and funding. Banks will only allow a first-time builder a certain limited amount of money. I think that and creating a brand that is hopefully considered top-notch that people recognize and respect.

I think anytime I get a feeling of thankfulness, excitement, etc from a client when they move in and show recognition to me for all the hard work that was put in to build their home.
We provide a very personal experience. I talk daily (or really multiple times) with the clients and the way we have it set up is we work as a team together. I am on their side in the building process and it's not me vs them fighting for a dollar or quality.
