My Bio
Starting my real estate career in State College, PA in 1986, I have built my business into annual residential sales of multi-millions of dollars. I am an associate broker with Keller Williams in Blue Bell, PA, a partner in Keller Williams Elite, Wyomissing, PA and Keller Williams Real Estate Center City, PA.
I enjoy working with relocation, first time, move up, and investment buyers. My success can be measured in the number of repeat clients and personal referrals I receive each year which I greatly appreciate.
The company I work with, Keller Williams, is an education based company which believes in God, family, business. I also believe in this and take care that all my transactions are in the best interests of my clients with those ideals as the end result.

I was a high school teacher.
Real estate was a passion of my Mother and she passed it on to me and two of my siblings. I made the choice to change careers at the time because my husband and I relocated so much due to his job. Real Estate was a more transportable career than teaching.
Every transaction has its' challenges no matter how well prepared all parties on my side of the transaction are. The biggest challenge is working with agents who do not have the proper training or an experienced mentor at their side. The current big challenge is appraisal values coming in low due to lack of inventory and buyers being so eager to overbid on properties.
I have been with 3 brokerages starting with one in State College, Pa which I had to leave after 4 years due to a job transfer for my husband. I then joined a large traditional 50-50 company which I stayed with for 13 years.
Until I was introduced to the third company that taught me how to run a business not just be a Realtor. In hindsight, I wish this company would have been on the scene when I started. It is progressive and staying with the changing technology and needs of its agents. The first two had wonderful people who to this day I remain friends with but I was never encouraged to be a business owner.

My IPhone
I think good reviews are very important.
I ask for reviews, good or bad after each transaction.
I provide a great line of communication through whatever line they prefer-phone, text, email.
For sellers, I set up a marketing plan which has tremendous success starting with providing a decorator at my expense to get the best exposure for their property along with a professional photographer also at my expense. For buyers, I walk them through what to expect and give them a written plan to guide them from looking at a house to closing on a house they choose.
