My Bio

Hi my name is Joe Fackler, I have lived on Long Island all my life. My wife and I have two beautiful girls. I am very involved in my community which I believe is important to give back. A lot of my personal time is spent coaching soccer and baseball.

I have found that being a good listener and understanding my buyers and sellers needs leads to a more pleasant and efficient transaction. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship with my buyers and sellers. In my opinion the more informed they are the better prepared they are to make important decisions.

In doing so I dedicate myself to use the most up to date marketing tools and keep myself abreast of the market conditions and inventory available. My buyers and sellers rely on my market knowledge to advise them and guide them through what sometimes can be an emotionally filled transaction.
