Having been a full-time Realtor for more than 15 years, I have built a reputation on being known for my integrity, diplomacy and perseverance in all of my dealings. As long as I have been in the business, I have strived to be someone in whom my clientele and colleagues can put their faith and trust.
Every transaction is always about each buyer and seller that I serve. My priority is putting the needs of each buyer/seller first and making sure that every decision made is made with all the necessary information.
One main element of my success has been the result of my patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. In fact, I tend to put my "whole heart" in every transaction.
In my profession, I have earned various designations and certifications which are only awarded to those who put in the extra effort and demonstrate an advanced skill level. The designations/certifications that I earned to date are: GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and RESA CSA (Real Estate Staging Association Certified Staging Advocate).
Personally, many people in the area know me as the Leader/Director of Got U Laughing Improv Comedy Group, which is an improv comedy group that I founded over 10 years ago. This is a group that is open to anyone in Tampa Bay and/or willing to attend one of our weekly improv comedy workshops at a very nominal cost. During our Covid quarantine time, my weekly improv comedy meetings are conducted over Zoom and are free of charge to anyone attending, no matter where in the world they are.
Additionally, I am very fond of supporting various Veteran groups. It is not uncommon to find me at various Veteran fundraisers or participating in local assistance drives. Of course, there are other very good causes as well, especially since I enjoy giving a helping hand whenever I have the opportunity to do so.
