My Bio
Experienced Realtor Sales Associate with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Residential real estate is my area of focus. I help homeowners effectively prepare their homes for sale, market & negotiate their homes to a successful close. With buyers, I help the client acquaint themselves with the steps of purchasing a new home. From obtaining preapproval to finding out what they must have in a home. In both of these processes, it is crucial to listen to the client's concerns along the way. After the home has successfully closed, I stay in touch just in case they have any questions as new things come up.
My back story is heavily focused on sales, management and marketing. I bring twenty eight years of experience to the table. My former profession required travel very often. This was hard on family life. I chose real estate because in essence I was still able to use my sales and marketing skills while staying close to home.
When I obtained my licensure, the great crash of mortgages and real estate was looming and actually occurred. The biggest challenge was helping a homeowner navigate in the market of foreclosures and uncertainty while still obtaining what their home was worth.
My first brokerage , I worked there for ten years. It was small brokerage and not too many frills as far as technology. However, the management was extremely helpful and I learned so much. The second brokerage was very large. While they had all the frills in technology and a beautiful office, the individual support was spread thin per agent. Everyone was very nice however, and I did enjoy working there. Where I am now is my home in real estate. The support staff is graciously helpful and the management is extremely knowledgeable in the market. Few and far between I have questions but when I do, an answer quickly comes. Agent education is available weekly as well. It's a great place for new agents to learn and seasoned agents to freshen up their skills. The technology is also there to support the levels of marketing I prefer.

My proudest moment is when a client is so happy at the end of a transaction and considers me their realtor for life. This tells me they were happy with the way I helped guide them thru the process, the home purchased with no buyer's remorse and call me again or refer to me their friends and family. Outside of any award, this is the most rewarding. When a client refers you to their child to buy their first, you know you have succeeded .
I use multi levels of marketing. From advertising on websites to good old fashioned post cards. Any way I can get someone's eyes on a home I am selling.
After each transaction closes I ask for a review. The past few years I have focused on this as on line presence is must.
A strong marketing plan to successfully sell their home. As well as an effective plan of sales action, I have a network of trusted contractors that help the homeowner prepare for selling their home or remodeling they may want to do after buying a home.
