Megan is a native of West Point, VA and currently resides in Williamsburg VA with her husband Charlie, daughters Dejah and Jasmine. "Our family lived in Newport News for 4 years and moved back to Williamsburg permanently in 2005. Our daughters attended Williamsburg-James City County Public Schools and graduated from Warhill High School."

Megan earned her real estate license in 2008 and began her real estate career in 2003 as a Leasing Consultant for a national Multifamily company, where she was quickly promoted to an Assistant Property Manager. Megan's property management career gave her the opportunity to serve our brave men and women of the Armed Forces as a Housing Manager at Naval Station Norfolk and a Service Track Coordinator at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station once Navy Housing became privatized. Additionally she's held the positions of Property manager in the multi-family and single family property management sectors. It was during her time as a single family Property Manager that she discovered her passion for real estate sales.

Megan has obtained Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certifications.

In her spare time, she enjoys watching her nephews play sports, her oldest nephew is a quarterback for the Tri Citi Hurricanes youth football league while her youngest nephew is an avid soccer player for the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex. Megan also enjoys watching her niece play travel ball and middle school basketball with Hornsby Middle School. Megan loves spending time with her cousins on their annual girls trips as well as spending time with her immediate and large extended family.
