What did you do before becoming a real estate agent? How did you decide to get into the industry?

Before embarking on a successful career in real estate, I wore many hats, each providing valuable experiences that have shaped my approach to client service and business acumen. My journey began as a certified welder, where I honed my skills in precision, craftsmanship, and safety. This role instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to pursue a career in business management, where I gained proficiency in financial planning, strategic decision-making, and team leadership. I thrived in the fast-paced environment, effectively managing operations and driving growth. This role equipped me with the business acumen and problem-solving skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the real estate market. With history as a part time bartender over the years, I developed exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. I learned to cater to diverse clientele, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This experience emphasized the importance of building rapport and fostering positive relationships. I was initially recruited into real estate from a bar in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee that I had been working at. A couple came in from a large brokerage in Knoxville and gave me their card. I didn't make the jump for a few months later once COVID19 hit.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Dealing with stress: Real estate can be a stressful business, especially when you are trying to make a name for yourself. It has been beneficial to find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, yoga, or meditation. Balancing work and life: It can be difficult to balance work and life as Realtor. Agents often work long hours and are available to clients at all times. It is important to set boundaries and make time for personal life. Not until my second year did, I learn to place some sort of boundaries.

How many brokerages have you worked with so far? What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

I would prefer not to comment on either brokerage.

What are the awards, professional achievements, and accomplishments you have received?

Chairman's excellence Award; #1 Self Organized Team in Tennessee for eXp Realty; East Tennessee REALTOR

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

Helping a family with down payment on their home using my own commissions. Creating a Tiny library with Mayor Glenn Jacobs ( Kane from WWE )with the help of Read city USA we were able to stock books in the library. 70 transactions

How important do you think getting good online reviews is? How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

Positive reviews from satisfied customers can help build trust with potential customers. People are more likely to do business with a company that has a good reputation, and online reviews are a great way to establish that reputation. Positive online reviews can also lead to increased sales. When people see that a business has a lot of positive reviews, they are more likely to trust the business and make a purchase. It's my priority to give excellence service to my clients so when the time comes it's a no brainer for them to leave a 5 star review!

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

I am a REALTOR who makes a difference, the one who transforms dreams into reality, one property at a time. I have helped 70 families in just three years' time. The tools we provide as a team to our clients such as our on-staff photo department. We provide 360 virtual walk throughs, drone video and photography, and beneficial social media content. Nationwide marketing presence.
