Before embarking on a successful career in real estate, I wore many hats, each providing valuable experiences that have shaped my approach to client service and business acumen. My journey began as a certified welder, where I honed my skills in precision, craftsmanship, and safety. This role instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to pursue a career in business management, where I gained proficiency in financial planning, strategic decision-making, and team leadership. I thrived in the fast-paced environment, effectively managing operations and driving growth. This role equipped me with the business acumen and problem-solving skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the real estate market. With history as a part time bartender over the years, I developed exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. I learned to cater to diverse clientele, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This experience emphasized the importance of building rapport and fostering positive relationships. I was initially recruited into real estate from a bar in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee that I had been working at. A couple came in from a large brokerage in Knoxville and gave me their card. I didn't make the jump for a few months later once COVID19 hit.
Dealing with stress: Real estate can be a stressful business, especially when you are trying to make a name for yourself. It has been beneficial to find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, yoga, or meditation. Balancing work and life: It can be difficult to balance work and life as Realtor. Agents often work long hours and are available to clients at all times. It is important to set boundaries and make time for personal life. Not until my second year did, I learn to place some sort of boundaries.

Positive online reviews can also lead to increased sales. When people see that a business has a lot of positive reviews, they are more likely to trust the business and make a purchase.
