I was a school teacher for 10 years and bought, flipped, and rented my own homes on the side.

We are as virtual as possible. We allow for online applications, lease signings, maintenance requests, and rent payments. Owners are able to get payments direct deposited in their accounts and monthly statements emailed to them. Our team has communication systems in place so even if we are out in the field we can constantly be in touch during the work day.

Our business is prone to bad reviews as it is the nature of our business that you can't always make everyone happy. However, the majority of our owners and residents are happy with the service we provide, and let us know.
We are one of the most virtual offices in the area, we answer our phones and if not respond within 24 hours. We have an amazing staff and our contractors are courteous and professional. We have a flat-rate management fee and don't nickel and dime our clients for the little things. We do pay advertising for our clients to help to get their homes rented quickly and to good tenants.
