My Bio
I have always been fascinated with the idea of real estate! After the experience I had with an agent, while I was buying my house here, I knew this would be a career path I would love to get started in! So I got started and I am LOVING it! I get to meet so many people and help them through one of life's biggest stressors. Although, I tend to make it pretty easy! If you're interested in getting started in real estate, don't hesitate to reach out! And if you're considering buying or selling, the same goes for you! I look forward to helping you get started with your real estate journey and making a new friend!
I am still currently doing what I did, before becoming an agent. I am an Air Traffic Controller in the USAF.
I love what I do there and the real estate industry has always interested me. I had an amazing experience from the agent I bought a home with and I found out from others in my workplace that they did not have an experience like mine. Some were down right horror stories. So, I decided that since I was interested in real estate already, why not shoot to be an amazing agent like the one I had? I knew if I didn't enjoy it, then I could walk away since I still have a job, but I can honestly say I have found a new passion for a career!
Starting out you always hear about how a newer agent does not typically close on their first home with a client for 6 months to a year. So mentally, I was a little defeated from the start, but then I just did the small things and things started falling in place. I have closed on 8 homes with clients in 8 months so far!
I have not worked with any brokerage other than Keller Williams and not sure I ever will.
The mean reason is because the family environment they have here. Everyone is more than willing to help everyone. Lastly, the "growth" mindset in the office is one of a kind and keeps me pushing for higher goals! I love it!
I was selected to be on an agents panel for my office due to my success as a new agent in the first 3 months. I was there to talk about how to crush it in your first 90 days!
Honestly, it's not just one moment, but it is every time I get to tell that first time home buyer, "CONGRAULATIONS, YOUR OFFER WAS ACCEPTED!"
I use DocuSign to send documents for electronic signatures. It is so useful because it allows my clients to not have to take time out of their busy day to meet with me and hand sign everything. I can get them over the phone to explain everything they are signing and they can just click through to sign! After all, who wants to write their whole signature on 20 pages?
I think getting good reviews online is a vital part of your business. If you have 1 star reviews, why would anyone want to work with you?
I ask all my clients to leave a review on Zillow and my Facebook page. I definitely believe Zillow is more important than all just because of so many home buyers being on that app and seeing do many agents.
I help local buyer and sellers move their belongings into their new home! I gift a 5 DAY/4 NIGHT cruise for 2!
