Overview
New Foundations Property Management is a smaller, family-owned property management company that was founded in 2007 by Shelly and Patrick Rogers.
Shelly and Patrick have been real estate investors and landlords for many years and have always enjoyed the larndlording and property management experience. Up to 2007, they had been managing their own rental properties part time.
When Shelly and Patrick's children were all in school in 2007, Shelly could either get a job or take her love of property management to a new level and open a business in Medford, Oregon. This is whne New Foundations Property Management was born and they have never looked back.
Shelly and Patrick now manage properties for their Owners and put the same "Property Ownership Mentality" into managing others properties as well. Maximizing rental cash flow and value without sacrificing property integrity is paramount.
Graduated from UC Davis with Law/ Society Degree which was beneficial as now a Property Manager to have social skills coupled with the understanding of Law and Evictions.
Prior to Owning New Foundations Property Management I bought and sold houses. I would find a distressed house, fix it up and sell. Involved with Real Estate and my College background, Property Management was a sure fit.
Finding owners that trust a Property Manager and learning how to proceed with evictions as the laws change. Additionally doing inspections and determining wants and needs in regards to repairs.

To be able to grow New Foundations Property Management on my own without having to borrow money or take loans as I have found open communication, returning calls, following through on inspections, and explaining information to the Legal Owners and teaching them what they can and can't do as a homeowner.

Very important as it helps those looking for a Property Manager hear the good and bad of a company.
The positive review is always great, the negative reviews are a learning experience that coaches how I would handle such in the future.
Communication, Honesty, Integrity, Knowledge, Simplicity, basically a Family Oriented Business.
