O2 Construction, LLC is a family-owned custom home building company located in Meridian, ID. The company was founded by Jason and Amy Oates in 2018.
We serve Idahoans building custom luxury homes. Our mission is to create homes of distinction, quality and craftsmanship through combining our exponential skill sets and attention to detail at every level.
We believe in building our legacy based on the foundation of integrity, quality and valued customer experience. We take great pride in our work and always strive to exceed expectations. Our passion is in designing, building and cultivating exceptional spaces that you will call home.
The challenges we see in our market arise mainly from increasing lumber prices, Covid-19 delays, and the surge in demand for development. We understand that communication is key, we set realistic expectations from day one and work as a team with our clients to see their homes to fruition.
We take a lot of pride in keeping O2 Construction a family business. We have been blessed with three teenage daughters, they work on the job sites with us and understand the dedication this career takes. They clean job sites, install fencing and our oldest is even designing 3d architectural prints at school.

We are a full board custom builder, meaning you get to be a part of every step of the process. You'll design your blueprints utilizing the expertise of the builder himself, Jason Oates. When your home is dialed in and you're ready to talk about finishes we introduce you to our designer, Amy Oates. Amy is a locally renowned interior designer that will bring your vision to life. You'll be invited to accompany key meetings during the construction process giving you the advantage to speak first hand with our trades on the job site. Once complete, we'll introduce you to your new home laying out all the major details - here is when we officially welcome you to the O2 Construction family!
