Rick Harrison is a licensed REALTOR and home marketing specialist at MVP Realty. He specializes in single-family homes, condos, and new construction homes in Fort Myers and Cape Coral. With extensive knowledge of the market, prior expertise as a homebuilder, and a knack for real estate marketing and technology, Rick has quickly become one of Southwest Florida's rising stars in the industry.
Prior to Real Estate I was a general contractor and home remodeler for many years, as well as a Sales and Marketing manager for a Fortune 1000 Franchise and a High School English teacher for a few years just out of college.
Some of the more challenging hurdles I faced early in starting my business was obscurity. I was new to Southwest Florida and really didn't know many people. It's tough building a network of people who know like and trust you after moving from an area you were already well-established, but with time and effort, I've been able to build an extensive professional and personal network here as well.

It's hard to say. I've had many little wins as I've continued learning and growing, but I'd say that first closing was probably my proudest. It's what sparked the love for what I do and a jumpstarted a greater belief in myself being able to achieve even greater things in this career!
