My Bio
Ryan grew up in Kokomo Indiana. He graduated from Ivy Tech State College with an associate's degree in Business Administration and was an intern at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida where he completed his Human Resource Management certificate from the Disney Institute. He served as Quarterback for the 2012 Super Bowl in Indianapolis by leading a team of 75 volunteers with the welcoming committee at local hotels. After an extensive career in restaurant management, he became the founding employee of a very successful Online Farmers Market. He led the way with the expansion of the company by traveling the country and finding properties to launch new locations and that’s when his love for real estate began. Ryan has lived in Westfield for the past 12 years with his wife, daughter, dog, and cat. Ryan is a sports nut and loves IU Basketball, Notre Dame Football, Colts, and the Pacers. He enjoys spending time in Saugatuck Michigan whenever he can. Ryan’s mantra is from a quote from former Notre Dame football coach Lou Holtz. “Do the right thing, do the best you can, and always show people you care.”

Short answer. No. But it helps. Sometimes landlords add stipulations or legal jargon that you might not understand. Having a broker on your side to negotiate and read through the lease is a really important step to save you time and money.
