My Bio
"Driving Sellers & Buyers Home"
Welcome, I'm Sheri Gudis, Licensed Realtor in beautiful Arizona.
I grew up on the East Coast, where I attended the College of Art. As a wife and mother, I bought and sold many homes over the years, understanding the family dynamics that factor into that decision. These experiences lead me towards a new career path in home staging/design. I realized how exciting it was to combined my artistic abilities with someone finding their new dream home, which I have done between Maryland, Upstate NY and Arizona. It was only after helping my parents relocate to Arizona did I realize my true calling in helping others find theirs in the Grand Canyon State.
If you're looking to sell, buy or invest, I'm equipped with the experience and tools to help you through the process..." Driving Sellers & Buyers Home"

Yes, interest rates are rising! Our market has however sellers are offering credit to help buy down the rate. Meaning, in the first year your interest rate is 2 points lower, 2nd year a point lower. This buys time for the interest rates to come down and to refinance. House prices are dropping as well.
It still is a good time to sell. Although housing prices have been reduced and sellers are offering certain incentives, you can still make out on the sale of your home. Not long ago sellers feared putting their home on the market and turning around to purchase especially if they have a contingency but now that is not a problem.
