My office takes all referrals. I am a Realtor at Keller Williams Metro North Realty in Gardendale, Alabama. At Keller Williams Metro North I strive to fulfill all of my contacts/client's unmet real estate needs in a timely manner.
Before I came to the Real Estate arena I was and still am a nurse (MSN/ED, CC/CM, L. A., M. A., AHA Instructor, RN). I worked in various nursing positions throughout my career.
In March 2021, I retired from active nursing but keep my license active just in case I would have to return to make a living. However, I got started in real estate because of my daughter (Jamela is an RN & an Associate Broker @ Keller Williams Metro North in Gardendale, Alabama).
The challenges that I see are buyers and sellers are afraid of the changes occurring in the real estate market such as increasing interest rates and paying more for homes that were once affordable. In addition, to not knowing if they will keep pace with possible inflation; therefore, they choose to stay put instead of facing the unknown.
I have only worked with one Brokerage.
