What did you do before becoming a real estate agent? How did you decide to get into the industry?

I have a seasoned history of administrative and supervisory roles in both Sports Medicine as well as the Department of Veterans Affairs, I have been highly respected for my compassion, knowledge, and commitment to providing care. Moreover, my broad background in nutrition, coaching, and competitive bodybuilding has allowed me to gain an unparalleled wealth of expertise which has enabled me to make meaningful contributions to support the overall wellness of others. These years of experiencing life wellness lead me to a desire to broaden that experience towards assisting others with financial wellness in real estate.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

There are no challenges. Only opportunities. The client who is experiencing uncertainty regarding a home search is an opportunity to assist in narrowing down needs and wants. The client who is questioning investment potentials, incomes and growth is an opportunity to inform and provide guidance. The client who is faced with less than optimal financing options is an opportunity to reroute and devise a plan of action. Opportunities grow a business bigger.

How many brokerages have you worked with so far? What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

Two. eXp's massive access to a wealth of real estate information, programs and continuing education makes it unparallel in the industry from my perspective. There is no need to consider a third brokerage with this level of support.

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

How important do you think getting good online reviews is? How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

On a personal level, it is immensely important that I do my upmost best to create a great real estate experience for my customers. It is equally important that this great experience be generic in nature. Neither prompted nor encouraged. Having performed accordingly and successfully, clients will refer and possibly participate in reviews.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

I understand that buying real estate can be intimidating and daunting, especially for new investors or first time home buyers. That’s why I strive to remain readily available and prepared to answer any questions or concerns that may arise during the process. With knowledge, experience, and a compassionate attitude towards customers who are navigating through this intricate world of real estate transactions, I strive to alleviate any concerns.
