With a passion for service in the Charleston area, Stephanie is ready to help with your commercial or residential buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Factotum Real Estate family, Stephanie carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.
As a Development Associate and Property Manager, Stephanie handles all Development related accounting, tenant relations, vendor management, resident retention in addition to office operations and procedures. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and is a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent. Prior to her role with Factotum Real Estate, she’s had 10 years of property management industry experience and has been responsible for generating pricing, sales training, creating marketing strategies to increase traffic, managing her sales team while maximizing performance and revenue. In her spare time, she loves to spoil her dog, Milo and enjoys portrait photography. Stephanie values the customer experience and will always greet you with a smile.
