My first challenge was going from being an individual agent to starting a team in 2018. It was definitely a learning curve to figure out the structure so that we were all successful in working together. And the market has been tough the last few years with low inventory. It was constantly learning the best ways to get our clients offers accepted while still making sure their best interest was our top priority
I have worked for only 4 brokerages in 20 years. I started with Realty One, which is no longer in business. I stayed for a few years and received some great experience and training. I then decided to move to Remax. Remax had a much better compensation plan at the time but was lacking technology and training. After some life changes I decided to move to a boutique brokerage. This was an amazing experience and I learned from some of the best real estate coaches across the country. After a few years there I have now been with Keller Williams since 2017. They have by far the best training and technology in the business!
