Tselane's motivation for venturing into real estate was inspired by her love for business and working with people. She desired a career that positioned her to provide a high level of service and offer solutions to what mattered most to people, and real estate provided the best opportunity.
Determined to help clients navigate the complex and competitive market with ease, Tselane leverages her extensive knowledge of the local market and surrounding areas to guide, advise, and educate clients, empowering them to make well-informed decisions. As a skilled negotiator, she takes on the negotiation process calmly and convincingly to assist sellers in marketing their homes for top dollar, helping buyers find their forever homes, and guiding investors to increase the value of their portfolio through real estate acquisition.
Tselane attends over 100 hours per year in real estate-related courses and holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist®, Certified International Property Specialist® certifications, as well as several other designations, and certifications, allowing her to emerge as a dependable advisor, and valuable resource for her clients.
