I am Yesenia Sanchez. My goal is to provide families with the knowledge they need to make an educated decision when it comes to their home. I know that real estate is not only a monetary investment, it is an investment in themselves and in their families.
I have 20 years industry experience. Take pride in my work. Pay attention to details and result oriented. Always thinking in my clients best interest. I put their needs, thoughts and feelings first.

Something that has stayed with me is when I was about 12 years old and my parents bought their first home. Although it was a dream come true, there were some issues after the fact. The realtor never disclosed the house was not connected to the sewer, but only had a septic tank & no septic cert was provided. The lender didn't give details of the financing. Didn't tell my parents it was what I know now to be an FHA ARM. The real estate agent and the lender never returned a phone call. Never bothered to hear from them again.

I am Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish & can help families in either language.
On a personal note I am married to my high school sweetheart I have two wonderful boys. As a family we enjoy going camping, off-roading, we are big movie goers & like everything pop-culture. I have a passion for histories mysteries and archaeology.
