My Bio

I serve any client in need of my service. I represent both buyers and sellers in the marketplace. I also cater to commercial properties as well as residential. My focus is to help my clients to find their dream home and make the process as simple as possible. The service I provide is with integrity, due diligence, and complete loyalty. I love to serve others and set a good example as to services provided. I am available to both customers and clients 7 days a week. I work long hours and don't mind my clients calling me after hours.

What did you do before becoming a real estate agent? How did you decide to get into the industry?

I was in sales for 30 years. Married here in Hot Springs and decided to get into Real Estate. Wish I had gotten into this field sooner.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Everyday is a challenge, but I love challenges. We face times where homes don't appraise at desired values, clients can't get financing in a timely manner, and closings are delayed. Its all a challenge. You just assure your client that we will make this happen and push thru.

What are the awards, professional achievements, and accomplishments you have received?

National Top Sales November 2019; Mrs. Congeniality 2023 in Mrs. Arkansas Contest

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

I listed a clients home for 450,000. My client said there is no way you will even get 400,00 for the home. We closed two months later for $415,000. My clients were very happy with the results.

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

CRM and MLS Listing service.

How important do you think getting good online reviews is? How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

Reviews are very important. The showcase your skills and ability to perform.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

I will stand up for my clients and make sure they are treated fairly. I answer my phone and am happy to help in any way possible. If I don't know the answer, I tell them that I will get back to them. Real estate is a service industry, and you must serve your clients. It's not about the money, it is seeing the smiles and joy of watching my clients become first time homebuyers, or second home vacation properties. It's very rewarding.
