Personally, I grew up in the big city of Mumbai, India and was a transaction coordinator and realtor, in my family owned Real Estate Company. I migrated to USA in 2009, moved with my husband – Michael Scott Kroll, who is a General Contractor and now licensed to build homes in 14 states.
Before settling in Charlotte, NC – Scott and I traveled extensively for years, due to his overseas operations with the Department of State, as a project manager. I felt extremely lucky, having to live like a native in countries like Zimbabwe, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Berlin, Prague, London and finally Guam, USA.
Now settled in our sweet home in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, and actively licensed in North Carolina & South Carolina, for the past 3 years, it’s truly nothing more enjoyable than serving your neighborhood, having the best knowledge of the businesses, real estate market and the community around you.

Josh Scales is a North Carolina native who spent his childhood living near Winston-Salem and subsequently attended Western Carolina University where he earned a bachelors degree in Finance.
After college, he began his career in the Wealth Management industry, and during his 10-year career was promoted across several lines of business including brokerage, trading, and relationship management. Josh excelled in relationship management and was ultimately awarded the opportunity to advise high net worth clients with a $1.5 billion book of business.
In 2015, he transitioned his career to work for a national broker/dealer as a licensed principal providing oversight of more than $100 million in annual sales of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and other non-correlated alternative investments. This experience proved to be a catalyst for him to get licensed and enter the commercial real estate industry, which had been a life-long career goal.
After obtaining his NC broker license, he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial to advise clients with the buying and selling of Multi-Family, Land, Office, Retail, and Industrial properties across North Carolina with a primary focus being multi-family investment sales.
Outside of work Josh enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and twin daughters. Community involvement is very important to his family, and they support several local non-profits including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Go Jen Go.
