As developers of our own projects we have the unique perspective on projects from the onset of property purchase through leasing.

Andrew L. Pettit, serves as the principal of ALP Architecture. The firm began with a focus on revitalization and rehabilitation of the solid housing stock of the inner city and cultivated a clientele of families moving back into the city, developers providing housing and commercial spaces and business interests looking to establish a central identity along with this change.

New apartment and mixed-use buildings, institutional renovations and commercial office work were incorporated into the firm’s experience allowing it to offer a wide range of professional representation including architectural and interior design expertise. Among some of the projects: several renovation projects on lower Fifth Avenue (in Chelsea) and a 9,000-square foot office space at 40 Wall Street.
