My name is Igwe and I'm a commercial broker at NOI Investments, LLC. We specialize in hard money/bridge loans and DSCR loans (Debt Service Coverage Ratio which are used to secure rental properties).

We go as low as a 0.80 Ratio and cover condos, town houses, PUDs, mixed use, 1-100 units. Loans start off at $125,000 ($70,000 for Hard money/new construction financing) and can go as high as $10,000,000 for multi-family units (up to 100 units).

To serve my clients in better ways, in 2013 I began to originate on my own. With customer service as my focus, I joined Supreme Lending in 2014 to ensure all of clients’ experience went from great to supreme.

Today, I proudly carry on a family tradition of military service by serving in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Specialist in the Utah Air National Guard and have deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

I have been presented with an Air Force Achievement Medal, an Outstanding Unit Award and earned an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.

I started in the mortgage business in 2013 as a Loan Officer Assistant and would study guidelines to perfected my future profession. I eventually worked my way up to being a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2014 and was employed with LoanDepot for 3 years.

I then left and moved on to a smaller company Paramount Equity Mortgage that was eventually changed to LoanPal, that is where I got a big understanding of Solar Loans as they serviced over 1 billion dollars worth of solar loans.

From there I moved on to Mr. Cooper one of the largest Non Bank Servicers in the country. That was my last and final stop in the corporate world as I moved on in 2020 to being on my own and starting my own business. I know have been an Independent Mortgage Broker since 10/2020.

We are a DIRECT hard money lender, offering fix and flip lending with rates starting at 8.99% and 3 points. We offer same day approvals, and can close in 4-6 days. We lend nationwide, and will finance up to 90% of the purchase price, and 100% of repairs.
