I am an experienced real estate investor and loan broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I have sold real estate as a licensed agent, originated conventional mortgages, and arranged hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of real estate transactions, from commercial financing, construction loans, and bridge deals.

Currently, I am Managing Director of PACE Equity, where I arrange financing for commercial development and renovation funding nationwide. I also originate HUD, SBA, bridge loans, and other types of creative financing for many different situations.

Over the past 20 years in real estate, I have created a platform of financial partners to get all kinds of projects funded. Recently, I re-located from the San Francisco Bay Area to Las Vegas, Nevada.

I still do considerable business in Northern California but, over the years, my reach and network has expanded nationwide. I can conduct business from anywhere and serve people all over the US.

I have been with Mid-Missouri Bank for over 5 years now, all of which have been focused on the mortgage side of banking. Over those years I worked with a wide range of clientele. We’ve helped many of our clients buy their first home, buy their next home, build their dream home and everything in between.

My ultimate goal, as a Mortgage Lender, is to help our clients have a full understanding of how their new home loan will affect their lifestyle and ultimately make sure it is the right decision for them and they are very comfortable with that decision. Samantha has had a diverse background in sales over the decades. In each role, she committed herself to a moral code of always helping people using the best products available to make their lives better. Standing firm to that, being a mortgage banker has offered her the opportunity to help people in one of the most stressful and exciting times of their life.

Samantha provides all her clients her undivided attention to help navigate the journey of home purchasing and refinancing. She prides herself on listening to the needs of her clients and has built a reputation of making herself available for any questions they may have throughout the homebuying process. She is dedicated to ensuring each one of her clients receives superior guidance while navigating the most personal financial achievements of homeownership.

Samantha lives in southern New Hampshire with her husband and youngest child. With four beautiful kids, Samantha also recently became a first-time grandparent, which she adores! She and her husband, a 22-year active duty military veteran, share many of the same passions. They enjoy remodeling, woodworking, designing, cooking, and any possible adventures in the outdoors.

Samantha also loves golf and is happy her oldest daughter and youngest son equally share a love of the game. Lastly, they all love the family dog Olaf, a 150-lb Saint Bernadoodle who is trained in service and therapy. They bring him many places to give people peaceful moments who need it most.

Wendy has been in the real estate industry collectively for 28 years, initially licensed in 1987. She worked solo and in big brick and mortar offices, and went virtual in 2017, but recently joined Fathom Realty as its State Broker.

In 2020, Wendy decided to become licensed as a Loan Officer and is approved to write mortgages in nearly half the states in the U.S. Wendy has achieved the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and e-Pro designations from the Natl. Assn. of Realtors, which are symbols of excellence in the real estate industry.

Only a small percentage of all agents earn the CRS designation. Wendy enjoys working with clients and colleagues virtually, through Cloud-Based technologies.

Zach is a licensed Mortgage loan originator at USA Mortgage in the state of Missouri. Growing up in Mid-Missouri, Zach graduated from Helias High School. Thereafter he pursued his career at UCM and additionally attended Lincoln University and Columbia College.

Serving borrowers across Missouri, Zach prides himself on his attention to detail and in-depth communication. Understanding the importance of programs and processes allows Zach to find the right option for your financial needs. Whether purchasing, refinancing or buying a second home, Zach will be there to guide you through the mortgage process from start to finish. Some would say he never sleeps due to his ability to always be available.

Aside from work, Zach loves fitness and family, and when he isn’t at the latest family BBQ, you will find him pouring himself into the fitness community in Columbia and Jefferson City. He’s also a DIEHARD Chiefs fan and has been since he was a kid!
