Wendy has been in the real estate industry collectively for 28 years, initially licensed in 1987. She worked solo and in big brick and mortar offices, and went virtual in 2017, but recently joined Fathom Realty as its State Broker.

In 2020, Wendy decided to become licensed as a Loan Officer and is approved to write mortgages in nearly half the states in the U.S. Wendy has achieved the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and e-Pro designations from the Natl. Assn. of Realtors, which are symbols of excellence in the real estate industry.

Only a small percentage of all agents earn the CRS designation. Wendy enjoys working with clients and colleagues virtually, through Cloud-Based technologies.

Been in business development and financing consulting for almost 30 years. Have been an ISO for all types of lenders including personal unsecured, real estate , equipment, cash flow based, AR based and equity based funding sources.

I began my mortgage career in 2003 while attending Utah Valley University. In 2008, I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in business management, focusing specifically on finance and banking. After beginning to work with a new mortgage company in 2009, I found my passion of working directly with veterans.

To date, I have personally assisted with helping 1,188 National Guard members, Reservists and veterans across the United States use their VA loan. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, I was ranked as a “Top VA Loan Originator” by Mortgage Industry Magazine Scotsman Guide.

To serve my clients in better ways, in 2013 I began to originate on my own. With customer service as my focus, I joined Supreme Lending in 2014 to ensure all of clients’ experience went from great to supreme.

With a wide range of experience of helping individuals and families, real estate investors and clients to make home ownership a reality. My expertise ranges from VA loans to conventional, Jumbo, FHA and USDA loan programs and everything in-between.

Today, I proudly carry on a family tradition of military service by serving in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Specialist in the Utah Air National Guard and have deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

I have been presented with an Air Force Achievement Medal, an Outstanding Unit Award and earned an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
