Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location:
- Remote (Aligned with the US time zone)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on a regular basis with the appointment setter and handle inbound client inquiries.
- Conduct all onboarding meetings, with a strong focus on the discovery phase to fully understand the client, their needs, challenges, and business opportunities — and how our solution can best support them.
- Engage in sales activities including client negotiations, calls, online meetings, and SMS/email campaigns targeting our database.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to influence product packaging and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent English proficiency: All communication (calls, emails) will be conducted in English.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales with English-speaking clients in U.S market.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage in small talk to build rapport, uncover client pains, needs, or challenges, and position our solution as a helpful partner.
- PropTech & Lead Generation: Experience in the Real Estate and/or Lead Generation sector is a strong advantage
