I have been in the business for 27 years. I have been a builder, new homes sales, realtor, loan officer, national vice president, president positions.

I retired at 36ish and opened my brokerage. I decided to name my brokerage 747 Realty after the time my son was born.

I would say the biggest challenge with any business is mastering time management and having the patience to make it in real estate. You have to be self-motivated and have a strong drive to succeed. It is not for the faint of heart, but for the beautiful blood, sweat, and tears it takes, to cross the finish line, just in time to see the sunset on your client's home. It is the greatest experience to see that kind of completion.
