My Bio
I joined Keller Williams in April of this year. While I am new to real estate, I am seasoned in working one on one with clients to help them see their goals through. I serve clients from all walks of life with one common life-changing goal of buying or selling their home. As a disciplined, service-oriented person, I understand that this business is all about communication and relationship building. Because of this, I am available 7 days a week for my clients.
Before I was a real estate agent, I was in charge of the education and training of staff at 4 locations of an LA-based one-on-one assisted stretching company. I also worked as a private stretch therapist and yoga instructor for 10 years.
I've always had an interest in real estate because my parents were in the business of buying and selling properties in the Los Angeles and Sacramento areas. I finally decided to pivot careers when I was presented with the opportunity to renovate a home in northern California. It was the perfect time to go all in and dedicate myself to the career I always wanted.
The biggest challenge is that I am a newer agent in the area. However, I am confident in my ability to build relationships and overcome this challenge with time.
As of today, Keller Williams is the only brokerage I've worked with so far.
Keller Williams. From the support of the staff to the amount of technology and education provided to me, I feel prepared and confident in my ability to give clients the best possible home buying or selling experience. My team is available to me 7 days a week and it has made this career feel like a way of life rather than a day job. The only con is that I didn't start sooner.
As of yet, I do not have any awards in the real estate profession. Get back to me in 5 years!
In my previous career, my proudest moment was when I looked around at the staff at 4 locations of business, and knew that the training I provided led to happy and lifelong clients.
Aside from access to Metro List and CAR.org, I have access to a Keller Williams system called command that allows me to interact with my leads in a meaningful way.
Because this business is all about relationships and effective communication, everything speaks. Therefore, positive reviews are important. When meeting with a client, I express that I want to give them the best possible experience and I ask them what that would look like to them. I believe listening to my clients' needs and wants is a critical part of my ability to deliver the best possible service.
Aside from the fact that my goal is to provide my clients with the best possible experience, it is my team at Keller Williams Yuba-Sutter that separates me from the rest. I have a team of expert agents and support staff that are equally invested in my clients` happiness that works with me. We all work 7 days a week to answer questions, review contracts, and whatever else it might take to see to it that the client is taken care of and is confident in their home buying or selling experience.
