My name is Aaron Rich from the Laurie Morgan Schrank team at Keller Williams Chervenic Realty in Fairlawn, Ohio. I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs. Our team has over 55 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes in the local real estate market. I have earned the e-PRO certification, which gives YOU an advantage in today's digital and virtual real estate market. I have also earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation, as well as the Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) designation.
I was in retail management out of college and started working and helping customers fulfill their needs at a retail level. I was then in beverage sales where I helped clients reach their business goals, but never was enough to "fill" up my desire, need, and drive to help people.
I knew there was something that needed to change. I decided to get into the real estate industry to make a substantial impact of people's lives. I feel that I am able to do that on a daily basis. It's a great feeling to wake up everyday and work to achieve a happiness for someone else.
It's a work in progress, but time management is a daily challenge for me. So much to do, and so little time!
