Interview with Amy
What did you do before becoming a real estate agent?

I was a teacher with Round Rock ISD for 9+ years. The natural teacher in me loves to arm my clients with information to help them make the right decisions to reach their goals.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

All I see are challenges! When I describe what I do to others, it's that I'm a problem solver. Clients come to me with a problem with their current living situation and love to give them options that are available to them. No sale or purchase is perfect and I work to overcome all of the challenges that arise in a competitive market. I work through issues with inventory, financing, condition, negotiations, and logistics. I love a challenge so bring it on!

How many brokerages have you worked with so far?

Just one. I found Keller Williams and the Jorgenson Group before I finished my real estate classes.

What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

They've been good to me and I've been loyal in return. In addition to real estate transactions, I now play a role with my team in hiring and training new agents so that they can enjoy a successful career in real estate with the Jorgenson Group.

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

Obtaining my broker's license has been a source of pride. I still work under my amazing broker as a "broker associate." But, this is a higher level of licensing that I decided to get to further myself and gain more respect in negotiations.

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

Everything we can get out hands on! I use multiple programs on the back end to make sure we're communicating clearly and deadlines are being met. We also are always using the latest and greatest in marketing to be sure we stand out amongst our competition.

How important do you think getting good online reviews is?

My number one goal is to get a good review. Client satisfaction is more important to me than a paycheck.

How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

Money comes and goes, but my reputation will be what sticks. I strive to make sure my clients have a good experience and are so excited about the service they received that they want to tell their friends and family. This mindset is how I've grown my business to the level it is today,

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

We operate with a high level of knowledge and integrity. We pride ourselves on always knowing what is happening with the market and the newest marketing trends. We will always do what is best for the client focusing on the relationship and not just the transaction.
