Real Estate sales began for me in 2003. I am part of the Keller Williams Realty office in Santa Barbara, and I have enjoyed volunteering on the Agent Leadership Council and with the Association of Realtors.
After many years of working as a typical Realtor, I decided to expand my reach in the Real Estate knowledge market. I am hired by clients as a consultant for all things related to Real Estate, with my specialty being local area knowledge.
I was selling BMWs.
I was in my early twenties selling BMWs and a manager of a real estate office bought a car. We hit it off and when she also saw my lead capture and follow-up program I created on my computer and told me I had great potential in real estate. She convinced me to get licensed and join her company.
Two.
The first was Prudential and it had the advantage of name recognition and market share. Keller Williams Realty made much more sense for me long term. Keller Williams has grown from 45,000 associates which is around what Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway has to over 180,000 worldwide since I joined all those years ago.

Less than two years into my career I became the listing agent of a new 69 unit subdivision and finished selling it out with a year and a half.
I use the KW Command platform which guides my clients through every step of the transaction and gives them shared access to view all paperwork involved in one place.
Zip-forms has all the necessary paperwork and I incorporate DocuSign for electronic signature that works even from the clients' phones.
I use advanced photographic technology for virtual, video, drone, and still photography to highlight how well each aspect of a home is after the professional staging.

There are fewer and fewer places I will give my business without checking out their reviews first. I'm sure my perfect track record with reviews only helps solidify me as the best choice for my clients.
I prefer not to push my clients into giving reviews and am grateful when they choose to go online to give one.
