The idea came from my partner and I recognized a need for a faster more efficient way for home owners to sell their house without sinking a ton of money into the home to do all the renovations to list it on the open market. Some people don't have the time, money, or resources to do this and would prefer getting a reasonable 'As Is' condition offer on their home.
