The idea came from my partner and I recognized a need for a faster more efficient way for home owners to sell their house without sinking a ton of money into the home to do all the renovations to list it on the open market. Some people don't have the time, money, or resources to do this and would prefer getting a reasonable 'As Is' condition offer on their home. Working with us relieves all the stress and uncertainty that typically comes with the home selling process.
One of the biggest challenges we have overcome has been figuring out a way to hire positions that match the culture and brand we are striving for. Being a helper, not a haggler typically doesn't resonate with salesmen, but over time we have built a strong team of individuals who uphold our core values and look out for the best interest of homeowners so that we are to be profitable while serving the community.
We were able to help over 200 homeowners in 2021 and projected to double that in 2022.

So our business model isn't built around hitting big margins but being able to do volume and getting referrals. Even if that means we don't make money on a particular deal, we know that helping someone always leads to a referral that will allow us to make up for it down the road.
