My Bio
I am currently working primarily with repeat and referral clients and service any need they might have from residential listing or buying to light commercial and land sales.
I was working as a programmer for a large computer software company when my job was outsourced. I had always been interested in Real Estate (took my first RE course more than 30 years ago) and when a friend of mine new I was looking for work invited me to join his team in North Austin.
My main challenge at this stage of my career is my schedule. Our family has recently started traveling quite a bit, and being “boots on the ground” can sometimes be difficult. It helps to have a great team here to help out when we are on the road.
I have worked at 2 different brokerages. The thing that drew me to each of them was my team lead. They both offered and continue to offer great support for my career and to express myself as a Realtor on my terms. The brokerage itself was really secondary.
Completion of the BOLD class.
I can’t say that there was a specific moment that has made me “proud” of my career. The fact that I have been able to stay the course and that God has blessed me in it is what keeps me going.
I am a little old school, so the main “technology” is e-signatures. Everything else is the personal touch and the relationship I work to establish with each of my clients.
I am not sure I have ever received an online review (good or bad). I know I did a good job when my client comes to me years later and asks me to help them sell or buy another property.. I do not depend on reviews to validate my abilities.
I have lived and worked in Central Texas for over 30 years and have worked Real Estate specific for over 10 years. This along with a strong team leader who has worked in the area for over 20 years allows me an insight many Realtors don’t have.
