Over the past twenty-five years, I have had the rewarding privilege of originating residential home loans. Whether it comes to a home purchase or a home refinance. I strive to help guide you with the most important investment: your new home.

I understand how important this is to my clients and value prioritizing my clients and their needs. I am passionate about connecting with people and creating lasting relationships, as I believe this only strengthens our experience working together.

I am always honored and humbled to work with new referrals. I specialize in as first time homebuyers and all lending programs including conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA.

Additionally, for the past six years, I have proudly been a Homes for Heroes Lender and am certified as a Veteran Loan Specialist. During this time have helped over 50 families and given back over $25,000!

This allows me a small way to reward those who make our lives better for the services they provide daily; heroes include: Veterans, Police Officers, Firefighters, Teachers, Healthcare workers. Novus Home Mortgage is part of a Federally chartered bank Ixonia. As such am able to originate in all states with the exception of AK, MD, and NY.

Outside of the office, I am an avid bowler, sports nut, and motorcyclist. My wonderful wife, Judy, and I have been married for 30 years, and together we have four children, ages 27, 25, 22 and 22.
