I was raised in the beautiful town of Sonoma, ready and able to work with you every step of the way to help you achieve your Real Estate goals. Whether that's settling down roots and turning that house into your home, listing your home, or moving to another beautiful location, I am committed and believe communication is key in anything that I do. I have been in the medical field for the last 14 years of my life and always pay attention to detail to ensure I can provide the best service.
We help serve all clients from first-time home buyers to investors and those looking to sell and buy elsewhere. We find it very helpful to sit down with our clients and understand what they are looking for in a home. We are very hands-on and guide our clients throughout the process. We also help our sellers understand the value of their homes by providing a comprehensive market analysis (CMA). We strive to be as successful as we can by understanding market changes and updates.
I'm still a nurse working for our local hospital and another local community pediatrics clinic. I've worked most of my life in the medical field, long hours as you can imagine, but when Covid happened I got a chance to take a step back and reevaluate some of my life goals.
I've always had a passion for Real Estate and decided to pursue it as I'm a big believer in investing in yourself. I've been on both ends of the spectrum as a renter and homeowner which has helped me understand the benefits of owning. I'm happy to be in a position to help others reach those goals.
In any business it's difficult to get started, generating leads and building clientele is a challenge on its own. In this highly competitive market getting an offer accepted can be a challenge as well. After having an offer accepted there are other requirements that need to be met in order for the transaction to close.
