Originally from New Jersey, Ally Dunaj has called Washington, DC and Maryland home since 2013. Having lived in both downtown DC, (Logan Circle and City Center) and the Baltimore area, she is well versed on the ins and outs of both cities and all of the wonderful neighborhoods in between.

Her eye for design led to her studying Fashion at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Following graduation, she became an an interior design with Restoration Hardware in Nashville, Tennessee and then right here in Annapolis, Maryland.

Ally's ability to create beautiful interior spaces for her clients ensured she was able to translate their joint vision into reality with her presentations and final installations.

After seeing and helping to create so many beautiful homes, Ally knew that connecting with clients through real estate was her passion, and it was then that she decided to take the leap into real estate and become an agent.

She began her real estate career in early 2019 as a Transaction Coordinator. Ally is well-versed in transaction management, and this provides a great benefit to clients as she can guide them seamlessly through the entire transaction process. A North Carolina native, David graduated from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and is a magna cum laude alum and Phi Beta Kappa scholar of Duke University.

As founder of the Bediz Group, David is an entrepreneur with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic. David was elected for two terms to the Board of Directors of GCAAR, the area’s REALTOR association, with 8,800 agents and ownership in MRIS, the area’s only MLS provider.

Owning as many as 20 rental properties at one time, David understands the needs of commercial and landlord clients, and has direct knowledge of local laws and processes necessary to operate a successful rental housing endeavor.
