Evan Langert (our founder) has been a practicing commercial real estate attorney since 1985. He was the head transactional attorney for the eastern half of the U.S. on behalf of Glenborough Realty Trust (a $2.5 billion NYSE-traded public REIT) from 1995-2004.
He has won the Martindale-Hubbell Client Service award as an attorney (given to an elite group of only 1% of attorneys nationwide) for each the past five years, and was also named to "Who's Who In Real Estate" as a commercial real estate broker.

I am licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and in Maryland; I have sold everything from million dollar estates to foreclosures and short sales. I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Short Sale and Forclosure sales certified.
Having lived on three continents and travelled to more than 45 countries, I have a good understanding of a variety of cultures as well as human nature so I can be all embracing. My counseling experience also helps more quickly identify your wants and needs.
