Technically 2019 is when I decided to rejoin the amazing journey as a licensed real estate professional...and made the LEAP Corporate USA over into full-time real estate work back in 2020 (yep - crazy times!). That's when I created Deep Roots Property Source, Inc., which is where my team's name comes from, as part of the outstanding brokerage Keller Williams Realty River Cities. I was originally licensed in 2003 and worked part-time until 2007 as a Buyer's Agent for two powerhouse teams at Coldwell Banker - Kennon, Parker, Duncan & Key (as it was known at the time).

Since getting back into real estate, I have focused mostly on being a Listing Specialist and enjoying the opportunities to help buyers along the way. Brad is a 2003 graduate from the University of Georgia’s Terry college of business. After graduation, he moved to St. Simons and started working for Sea Island Resorts. He got his first taste of real estate while working for Sea Island Properties, on Sea Island.

After starting in a staff position as a real estate sales coordinator, Brad quickly proved himself a valuable team player and was promoted to Real Estate Sales Supervisor. Working alongside the wonderful agents at Sea Island Properties got him inspired to take on a career in real estate.

He took his licensing course in St. Simons and took the test in September of 2008. He has been working full time as a licensed agent ever since and loves what he does.
