Team Whitner brings you decades of combined Real Estate knowledge and business experience. Derek is a REALTOR® with Corporate Finance and MBA degrees. Combined with his real estate investing background, he's the analytical numbers guy and the Rainmaker on the team. For Team Whitner Commercial Real Estate Services, he focuses on the industrial and multi-family sectors, along with overseeing business brokerage transactions.

Our Commercial Real Estate services are rounded out by Tiana Edwards. Tiana's a Certified Leasing Specialist (CCIM) who specializes in the retail shopping center sector. She designs optimal offer strategies for favorable leasing terms and provides negotiating tips and suggestions to maximize value. Tiana's goal is to place businesses in the right space and location to maximize the end goal. She is confident in her efforts and abilities to support and represent all business structures in their commercial real estate needs fully and respectfully.
