My Bio
We serve people who are looking to sell, buy or rent both residential and commercial real estate. Our goal is to make the process for our clients as smooth as possible and to get them the best financial results. We have very creative ways to solve even the most challenging real estate needs.
Prior to real estate I was a CPA for Price Waterhouse and then a corporate controller and a marketing specialist. for United Technologies. I loved being part of the corporate world and I love all the lessons and skills that I learned there. After having 3 children and moving across the country twice, I decided it was time to do something that would allow me to be home for my kids but also create a big life for them. In 2006 we started buying investment properties in South Florida and that was what catapulted me into real estate. It turned out to be a natural fit. Having the knowledge of an accountant and the skills of corporate marketing gave me tools that enabled me to immediately excel in the world of real estate.
I think the biggest challenge in real estate is the fact that the barriers to entry are extremely low. This allows people who do not have the background or skills needed to be a true professional in the field. This has created negativity around the profession and makes our jobs more challenging. When working on the opposite side of someone who doesn't have the proper support and training it creates a lot of stress and unneeded problems.
I have worked for 2 brokerages in my 14 years of real estate. The first company gave me an amazing base and lots of highly professional training. The main reason I chose to go to Keller WIlliams was to grow a team and grow my leadership skills. KW is known for its abundance of training and their high level support of the team approach.

I think my proudest moments are when we overcome a really challenging situation and get the job done for our clients. In real estate there are so many moving pieces and often to complete a sale we have involve many parties and address legal issues, permit issues, HOA violations and so much more. When we take on a project that seems impossible, and we make it happen, I feel like a huge success.
Our business runs off of our database management system - our CRM. This keeps us focused on the right people and helps us to stay in touch with our past clients and potential future clients.
I think online reviews are very important. I believe the majority of the world does look at reviews and will be influenced by what they read. We do try to get reviews as often as we can and we really appreciate our clients who will take the time to do them.
Our clients love to work with us because of our vast knowledge of real estate, the local market, and all the challenges one can face throughout the process. But even more importantly, they love working with us because for us its not about the sale. It's about the relationship that we develop with the client. We always put the client first. Sometimes this means putting a deal on hold until the client is more ready and that's ok with us. We are here to serve our clients and to work within their time line. Once you start working with us, you are a client for life. We will always be available to help with any real estate related questions and to help with referrals of all kinds. We love being their go to person and that doesn't end when the sale is done. We are here for our clients for as long as they need us, long after the sale is complete.
