As a 30 -year seasoned licensed mortgage professional and a previous Series 7 licensed Stockbroker, Demetiry helps real estate investors scale their businesses aggressively by specializing sell-side advisory for the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties – with a focus in the multifamily, hotels & hospitality, Fix and Flip (Commercial & Residential) New Construction, Multi-Family Bridge, and Multi Family & Air BNB Rental Portfolio Loans.
Demetiry joined Trei Commercial Capital from Primary Res-Com, where he spent more than 16 years in various commercial banking roles, beginning with Relationship Manager in 2002. Between 2010-2017, he led a team of 6 originators to consistent top decile growth and managed a portfolio of over $1.5B as a market Vice President of Sales.
During this period, Demetiry helped his team navigate through several significant change projects, including the implementation of a new Loan Management System. In 2017, he was promoted to Director of Commercial Loan Structuring, a role in which he provided structuring guidance for the most complex transactions across the region. Demetiry was also responsible for broader portfolio risk oversight and actively contributed to the evolution of bank-wide credit policy and guidelines.

In Demetiry spare time he is a full-time cook for his family who has been making lunch and dinner every day for his family for the last 20 years. Demetiry believes in open, honest, and direct communication while providing the highest level of customer service.
