Pre-Licensing

The Superior real estate school pre-licensing education is delivered via online, self-paced studying, in-person classroom studying, and virtual classes.

There are three packages for the online course:

  • Career Essentials — This is an entry-level package that includes standard course offerings, including the complete 75-hour pre-licensing course, practice exams, coaching videos, and a printable syllabus and curriculum overview. The price of the Essentials package is $396.75.
  • Career Professional — The Professional package includes everything in Career Essentials, an audio course summary, and virtual instructor-led Q&As. You can purchase the package for $479.25.
  • Career Ultimate — A full-featured online package is priced at $711.75. Career Ultimate comes with all the resources featured in Career Professional, a crammer program, CompuCram Exam Prep, and a hardcopy course textbook.

Live-stream and in-person learning sessions are priced at $411.75. The schedules, locations, and timetables are provided on the company website.

 

Post-Licensing

The state-required 90-hour post-licensing education is broken down into three 30-hour courses:
