Who Is the Instructor of Rockwell Institute?

Rockwell Institute was started in 1974 by David L. Rockwell, a successful real estate educator, real estate investor, and author.

David has published many books, including the Washington Real Estate Fundamentals book that is widely used for pre-license classes in Washington.

The founder was the main instructor when the school started, and as it grew, more trainers were recruited to assist.

That said, Rockwell Institute hasn’t provided the list of real estate coaches who teach there.

Is Rockwell Institute Legit or a Scam?

Rockwell Institute is a legitimate Washington real estate school with physical headquarters in Bellevue.

The school has been in operation since 1974, which makes it one of the longest-serving real estate education brands in the country.

Additionally, the Rockwell Institute is part of the Colibri Group, the larger, more renowned education brand that also owns ASREB, McKissock Learning, Hogan School of Real Estate, and several other education providers.

Another reason we deem Rockwell Institute a legit company is its online presence. The school has an active Facebook page where it provides company updates, invites to events, and responses to student queries.

Furthermore, Rockwell Institute has received many reviews online, most of which are positive.

Rockwell Institute also has a high pass rate of 85%, which is one of the highest pass rates in the country. All in all, we’re positive that Rockwell Institute is not a scam.
