What Is AgentAssistant Used For?

The following are various ways agents, brokers, lenders, and lead generation companies can use AgentAssistant:

  • Lead generation — AgentAssistant provides agents on the platform with exclusive monthly real estate leads that have been vetted and verified by the company’s in-house ISA team. Work with a customer service rep to tailor a leads package based on your budget and length of subscription.
  • Lead screening — All the leads you receive from AgentAssistant are pre-vetted by the company’s internal ISA team or real estate virtual assistants. The team gathers information about the buyer’s/seller’s buying or selling intent, timeframe, and pre-approval procedures, among other qualifiers. This ensures the leads are ready to buy/sell, increasing your chance of closing.
  • Lead follow-up and nurturing — AgentAssistant uses various techniques to follow up with your leads. The company calls, texts, and runs automated (email and SMS) drip campaigns on your leads for up to 6 months. As a result, no leads fall through the cracks, and you can close more deals.
  • Warm transfer — AgentAssistant transfers leads to agents through warm transfer. Here, an in-house ISA agent will transfer you to the buyer/seller via call, providing you with all their relevant information before transferring you to the client. Warm transfer allows you to build better rapport with clients and increase your chances of closing.
  • Distribution and sharing of leads — Mortgage lenders and real estate lead generation companies can join AgentAssistant and share their leads on the platform. AgentAssistant will distribute the leads to agents on the platform for follow-up and closing. Once a deal is closed, AgentAssistant pays a success fee to the lender or realtor lead generator.

Is AgentAssistant Legit?

Yes. This real estate broker tool is a legitimate ISA platform that has been in service since 2017, with physical headquarters in Holly Springs, GA.

The platform is one of the most widely used ISA platforms in the U.S.

AgentAssistant has grown to become quite popular within the real estate community, with more than 250,000 members.

The platform has received many positive reviews on various internet resources, such as social media and software review websites like Google Reviews, BBB (Better Business Bureau), and Birdeye.

When it comes to user and data security, AgentAssistant ensures safety by using encrypted SSL connections on its website.

The company stores all user data in secure servers and controlled facilities with limited access.

Additionally, as a brand, AgentAssistant has a public profile. The company has an official and active Facebook page where it provides company and their real estate software updates. The page has over 3,000 followers.

That said, there are a number of complaints on the internet about the AgentAssistant platform. Several users have claimed that they haven’t received refunds in situations where they should have.

Some users claim that they were unable to terminate their subscriptions, while others have stated that customer service was unresponsive.

While the complaints may be true, there’s evidence to indicate that, overall, AgentAssistant is not a scam.

AgentAssistant Pricing

AgentAssistant does not provide information regarding the platform’s costs on the company’s official website.

Still, the company does not charge any upfront fees — agents only pay service (success) fees after closing, similarly to using real estate lead referral programs.

There are currently two subscription packages that agents can join:

  1. LeadShare — A plan that offers lead generation, follow-up, and nurturing
  2. LeadShare+ — A plan in which agents bring their own leads. AgentAssistant only supports you through lead follow-up and nurturing.

For both plans, AgentAssistant will deduct a success fee once you have closed the deal.

Mortgage Lenders and Lead Gen Companies Pricing

Besides agents, AgentAssistant is also used by mortgage lenders and lead generation companies to sell real estate leads.

Unfortunately, the company does not provide information on the payment models for lenders and lead generation companies.

AgentAssistant Features

LeadShare

LeadShare is the service option for agents who want to receive leads and lead-nurturing service from AgentAssistant.

Here, the in-house ISA team will verify and nurture your leads by gathering information about the lead’s buying or selling intent, time frame, pre-approval steps, and budget, among other key qualifiers.

AgentAssistant’s leads are warm and transferred to you over the phone.

Once you close on a lead, you will be expected to pay success fees.

LeadShare+

Agents on LeadShare+ are required to have their own leads — AgentAssistant is only responsible for calling and nurturing your leads.

In this service plan, you will work with a dedicated customer agent to nurture and qualify your leads, so you can focus on closing.

Once you close, AgentAssistant takes a success fee. However, the fee is lower compared to the LeadShare plan since, here, you’re using your own leads.

The in-house ISA and customer service team are responsive and highly trained to speak to clients and conduct warm transfers.

Furthermore, agents on the platform receive warm leads, and as a result, you can build good working relationships with your clients — an important step to become a successful real estate agent.
